Corydalis Lutea (Corydalis Lutea)

Beginning it's long flowering season, the Corydalis is great for damp and shady areas.

How tall is this please Janey ?
How long is the flowering season ?
Does it get attacked by slugs and snails ?

About14 inches TT, and it flowers all spring summer and Autumn. The plants last over the winter and recharge their batteries then. It's not fussy about where it grows only the shade suits it's colouring better. I've so many seedlings...if you want to try it, let me know.........:o) Slugs and snails seem to be no bother to it which is great....saying that though I haven't had them this year.

Oooh, yes please. I have more space in shady places than elsewhere..
Do the plants remain visible over winter, or die back into the soil like dicentra ?

Yes, they're still there TT but not so fresh and bright...........they're the sort of plant that grows in cracks in walls etc.

I have this as well and love how it brightens up a shady spot and lasts all season long.
