I inherited one of these, so I knew what it looked like. This is the final climbing rose destined for the new wall.

Thank you, Dd. I knew I had to have this one. The other one is what I call my 'rose in the sky', because our predecessors planted it next to the ornamental grape vine, so to get to the light, it blooms up above the 'canopy'. It's in flower again at the moment, way up!

It is such a lovely one Spritz, I planted one this spring and it's done so well, about 6ft now, so I know it'll be great next year....such a heady scent too!
