Beano moving on.

Not strictly gardening I know, but since Beano has been with us he has made great use of the garden. We have been so lucky to have had fine weather since he came here, nearly 3 weeks ago, and so he has been exploring every day.
Watching me planting, digging, watering – I think he has enjoyed his time here and Sophie and I have enjoyed his company.
Tomorrow he starts a new life on the Isle of Wight. I so hope he will be happy there. He will have a big garden and, of course, the beach.
I’ll miss him so much.

Great to hear he is getting a new permanent home Ginellie. You have done wonders for him, poor fella. I'm sure you will miss him but thanks to you he is now going to be well cared for and happy living by the beach.

Well done Ginellie, what a great job you've done with him, as everyone says he'll have a good home where he's going.

Thanks so much all of your for your kind thoughts and interest in Beano. I had a call from his new owner earlier to say he is sitting on 'his' sofa surrounded by his new toys (though is is of course a pensioner now), having explored his new garden. I'm sure he will be very happy in his new home.

You've achieved wonders in looking after Beano.
Seems like the new home in the Isle of Wight will be a great place with lots of space and the seaside to enjoy. :o)
Ginellie, well done on this canine rescue :o)
