Strange 'Bud'

I’m not sure whether this should be a blog or a question.
Walking around the garden this morning as I always do, checking to see what might have grown overnight, I spotted a rather large bud on a plant that I had almost given up on. I peered closely at it – I’m very short sighted – and thought it looked rather strange. Never mind, a good watering would do it good I decided.
As soon as the water hit ‘the bud’ it broke off into lots of tiny, moving, pieces.
Peering again I saw they were little spiders, at least 50 of them. I’ve never seen baby spiders before, and wonder what to do about them. Shall I just leave them be do you think?

Thanks Llew, good idea to move them I guess. No, I don't mind spiders at all. Maybe I could feed them up and when they are giant sized train them to eat slugs instead of flies!

If you can train them to eat slugs, you can send me a couple, pmsl. Good luck with that. Ha, ha.
I've got visions of you trying to train them too. Doh!

I often see them. I would just leave them alone but move the pot as Llew suggests.

Just having another look at 'my' spiders Llew and thinking about their training.
Having watched Britain's Got Talent for the first time last night I see no reason why we, my spiders and I, couldn't take part.
'And our next act Simon is - Ginellie and her slug eating spiders'. I just know Prince Charles would enjoy watching us!

Cracking up here.
I watch BGT too, and yes, you've as much chance as most of them, pmsl.

Spiders are nicer than flies. Always look after your spiders and they will look after you. We are so much bigger than they are - :)

Ooooo. Ginellie, I love finding these little spider hatchlings. In a few days they will all have dispersed to their own new little lives.....sailed away on their silken threads.

You're right Gilli they have all disappeared now. I miss them already.

Ha, I thought they were spiders before you said. Do you like them? If they don't bother you, then leave them and they'll soon disperse, just like mummy and daddy, lol.
I might move the pot away from the house for starters though, lol.
