How lovely to hear back from you all. I am currently, trying to be artistic and creative in my studio, hopeless, just not happening. I may have to resort to the humungous pile of ironing instead.... :-( Jxx

Oh no..what a decision to have to make..:o) just done mine this morning..but if it doesn't looked creased , it doesn't get done..anyway they disappear mostly when you put them on ! Lol xx

Oh Hywel I wish I could.....lol. Well the snow has stuck a bit as it is now very cold and icy. Not good for the sheep - or my car down our farm track! It's quite a long track, on a hill and is in the shade - need I say more. So, besides fighting my artistic muse, I'm also becoming a bit of a recluse. It must be an age thing, a bit of bad weather never stopped me in the past, but I've become quite bad about driving in ice and snow. Once I'm on the road, I'm not too bad, but the fair distance down to the road gives me the heebie geebies (could be a new name for a plant don't you think)!
Anyway, early start today as I AM GOING TO GET LOADS DONE.............. hopefully :-) Jx

I definitely a chicken when it comes to icy driving conditions. Went out this morning to stock up on tobacco!!

Do you know what I did yesterday? Well, I'm a bit down in the dumps and can't seem to get on with anything, so when the farm track de iced a bit, I braved the conditions, went up to the local hardware store and bought myself a sledge. Yeup, a sledge. Me and the dog then spent a happy hour whizzing down the back field, getting an impressive array of bumps and bruises, but clearing a few cobwebs out at the same time. Wey hey!! Still don't feel like doing anything, a touch of depression/January itis methinks. Jx

Today, I'm going to be vacuuming the dust off the cottage walls, cleaning the glass on the pictures and waiting for the snow which apparently arrives tomorrow!

Maybe you need vitamin D supplement Jane? Supposed to help with winter blues etc, although I'm sure the sledge helped:-)
