What I hope to grow next year..

Hi Folks..I have been busy sending for seeds, looking & planning as to what to grow on the allotment next year, here are some I hope to grow…

Peas,Peppers,Swiss Chard & cress..

Egyiptian Walking onions…. as the plant grows the bulbs develop at the top of the stems ..it becomes too heavy & falls over..the bulbs then take root on the ground & sprouts up, then so it goes on..& on

Walking stick cabbage..so called as the cabbage grows on the top of a thick tall stem..

Grew these last year & they did well..

Onions, Melon..Jade Lady,Pea..Douce Provence..a hardy pea I am going to plant half this week as an early crop then the rest in Feb..

This is one of the onions from this years crop as you can see they did well..so i am sowing the same seeds again..on boxing day..as is the tradition..dont know why that is, something to do with folklore..(reminder to myself ..must look it up)

Tomato Ferline..not cheap at £2.89p for 15 seeds.

I am itching to get started..
