Thank you Cinderella. Yes, the scent was lovely, and one could feel the humidity in some of the patios......

Oh my, what a marvellous sight, everything looks immaculate clean and fresh, it must take hours to water all those pots lol
Loved them Louis....

I was just going to say that Dottydaisy! I wouldn't like to be the one watering them, gosh! the amount of time it would take...and have you seen the height some of the pots are off the ground?! But it's absolutely gorgeous Louis, something you'll never forget...

I've enjoyed viewing these gardens so much....just the tonic I needed. Everything is so vibrant, beautiful and lush. How they keep all those plants watered in the heat of Spain is a mystery to me! The people really make use of every spare inch of space...such lovely colour and having pots hanging on walls really seems to work for them.
Thanks, Louis for your beautiful photos...absolutely stunning.

How wonderful, thanks for posting the pictures :-)
I just love how they use every available bit of space.
I don't want to imagine watering all them, especially in the spanish summer. Have enough work watering mine here!

Thank you very much Kfunsters, DD2, Libet, Whistonlass, Ladybug47, Coshad, Nariz, Drc726, Columbine, Annella, Xela and Helen60gard.
The way they water all those pots on the walls is simply nailing a tin can to a long piece of wood, and that's it...LOL!!!
Nariz, unfortunately the open patios are only opened for a few days only. I think they closed on the 15th May, but you might be able to see some of them from outside, if their doors or gates are opened, but you cannot go inside anymore.
Anella, pack your gear and go for a lovely sunny, colourful holiday LOL!!!
So ladies, if you would like a lovely holiday, I really recommend this place ........ and thank you once again, for your lovely comments :-)

I think I might be happy with just a space like your lovely pictures, and with lots of colourful pots. They are very good at this way of decoration in Spain.

Louis have you decided to open your garden this year?
9 Jun, 2011
Hi Louis,I have a lot of pots on my patio. Hardly anything hung up. it is such an effort watering them, especially if it gets warmer.....when it does! I wonder how on earth they manage to get round all those pots hung in all sorts of exotic arrangements? I like rearing plants in pots outside or semi covered. This year i'm dotting them round the boring bits of the garden as well as the patio.

Hi Dorjac, the way to water their patios or courtyards is by using a long pole with a tin can nailed to it, an also by spraying them with a hose, and then the humidity takes over. ? I have loads of pots and I and it takes make quite sometime to water them all. To be honest, it's not much of an issue, as I'm on my own little world whilst watering all the pots..:-)

Hi Annella, I am 90% sure, that we are opening our garden again this year. I will know 100% next Wednesday, as there's loads to sort out and the registration. Thank you for asking. Are you thinking of visiting our garden??......... we don't bite honestly LOL!!!
