River Walk at 6pm!
What a fantastic day it’s been (still is!) in SUNNY Perth!
After a freaky day with people ripping my kitchen to bits
& painting the bar stools I was given
I took some cuttings (Di!)
& put them in a cake box, of course! The Hotel Des Coupages isn’t in the right spot yet!
Then someone gave me more cuttings , they were thinning out a goldheart ivy, sedum, & they accidentally cut a bit of their gorgeous fuschia bush, so I HAD to rescue that!
Then I went for a walk……you guessed it, to the river!
The ducks seem happy, nice weather for it!
They seem quite happy too! They tell me the water is lovely! I’ll take their word for it!
Looking North again, What are they doing Digger?
The ducks came over the river for a feed, I counted 34 of them! Amazing!
Ah, FISHING!! You jealous yet, Digger?
Looking downstream
Scone Palace from across the river
No navel gazing tonight, they’re fishing in my spot!
this brings us to where I left you on the last walk, so we’ll stop there, & finish the walk later!
I wish you all sunshine, love, health & joy!

Hmmmmmmph. You don't half know how to rub it in do ya' lass? I'm so jealous of you for living so close to the river, mind you it would be touch and go which would come first if I did. I think the garden might not look so well tended. :~((

I ended up taking cuttings while I was out.If I'd been down at lunchtime, I'd've probably gone in!
Never mind Digs, if you, Carol & Holly ever make it up to Perth, I'll take you to the river, but that bit's a wee bit hilly, as you'll see in the first river pic!
Morgana, it's chaos when they're doing anything to your home. I'm camping out in the living room!
Our council provide you with water if you ask for it!
Yeah, the palace is nice, but the history is all with that place for me!

Don't tempt me, I'd be up there in hours. :~)))

Love your kitchen, lol :))) Well done on taking the cuttings (I'm dead proud of you!! )...and the walks by the river look idyllic :)

Thanks Di! I got more cuttings on my walk too! And I've got TONS of seeds, but I'll need to check when to sow them all!
I took over 80 pics!
If I just walk my chosen circuit, it takes me maybe 25 mins. Today it was over an hour, & I loved every second, apart from the midgie bites! :~))

Lovely blog Madperth I can sympathise with you in your first picture, this is how the association left me with out a tap too no water for 1 month and I am in a wheel chair cannot carry any thing either, they exspected me to get my water from upstairs how I dont know my pictures I took would match yours, had no surface either. Love the kids and ducks the palace looks interesting too.
