Black Velvet Petunia

I have bought two plants of the above petunia.
It is really a true black flower which I haven’t seen before.

Hope you like it. It will look stunning with red or yellow contrasting plants.
Hope you like them.

I have these in manger baskets ... very dramatic colour!

Very dramatic, should make an interesting addition to a mixed planting arrangement.

Just found the label for mine: Sweetunia 'Black Satin' - it will be interesting to see if the colour breaks!

They are lovely, very unusual and will make a striking contrast with so many things.

These would be great paired up with black pansies.

I really like black flowers, they are such a fantastic counterfoil to many of my favourite colours. Can't wait till my black hollyhocks flower for the first time this year. Hope rust and black go together ?

It is a beauty. I just stumbled upon almost black coleus which i will try with my pots. It is Zone 5 so will not be hardy for VT. But could not resist. And also there is a black leafed cranesbill, also zone 5. Probably would work for slightly warmer locations. Red would be stunning...
