These are few plants that are still in flower.
Does any body know the name of the above flower which I think I have grown from seed.
I thought that I had got rid of this plant but it still keeps popping up all over !!
And finally
And finally the pond which has appreciated the rain as the water was getting very low.

It's nice to have plants flowering into the autumn. Your pond is very pretty :)
I also have a Japanese anemone that I am trying to get rid of. I moved the main one last year but bits of it still keep popping up in the old position :(

There are lots of Anemones in the garden here and didn't realise until summer and they have just taken over , so I will be getting rid of a few. I am not sure what the flower is. It could be a verbena.

The top one is probably a Verbena, but someone will confirm that. I was always told that the white Japanese Anemones weren't as invasive as the pink ones, which I spend half my life trying to dispose of. Mind you the white ones are very pretty, much nicer than the pink, not that I am going to buy one! Pretty little Salvia and a glorious blue. The pond must be thankful for the rain, so much better for it than having to top it up with water from the tap. We have had lots of rain which involves draining the water butts into the pond as they were over-flowing - three times!
