Hi all another recycling blog for you .Next door neighbour was throwing a double bed base away mmmm my mind got to thinking about the wood inside it.Unfortunately i didnt think to take pictures from start to finish of my new wooden planters from the bed base.As soon as i can get another one in the future i will take a step by step guide on how to make the wooden recycled planters from the bed base.:))))))

Well done! Never throw ANYTHING away - there's always something that can be made from it! I'm always hoarding unwanted items, much to the consternation of my Partner who's more minimalist. I shall show him this blog in my defence! ;o)

Some years ago my H made a Bridge for our Pond from the base of a single bed...
Also when we had our old house he made a juliet balcony from two old pine chairs, to fit across what was the original grain store doorway...looked supberb, and is still there today with the next owners...
Supprising what you can do....
