“Birthday Girl” Rose ……never seems to disappoint.
These Antirrhinums appear every year…..the one plant has two types of colouring !
This is the second year for Phlomis…..will have to keep it under control I fear.
The next few photos are of the front garden.Last year the front steps were bordered by a huge lavender hedge….decided to remove it and replace with 4 Small David Austin "Edith cavell " roses…..almost in flower.

Oooh, looking much better without the hedge I think...it's lovely! Great thing about gardening...there's always room for a change and much quicker and more fun than redecorating indoors!

It all looks great meadowland. I think those roses will look so much better than the lavender.

Thank you, Alan....it's constant hard work to keep it up but well worth it......if there is one rose you can rely on it's "Birthday Girl".Sadly no fragrance.
