Our visit to the lake this morning.

A very peaceful setting this morning with the occasional fisherman…..how they have the patience, I don’t know. Still each to their own.
There was a breeze showing gentle ripples. There’s always a mixed selection of ducks and geese.
Usually the small rowing boats are evident, but sadly not today.
Our morning was rounded off with an outside coffee…how soon will we will be able to enjoy these liberally I wonder.

A spectacular Weeping Willow.

The Canada geese are so use to the public walking near to them.

The last photo shows a lakeside border of mixed wild flowers.

Very picturesque area, Julia. I like the 2nd one - itโ€™s so idyllic! Iโ€™m pleased you enjoyed your day out, very restful and lots of fresh air and pretty scenery too.

Looks a very peaceful place to visit. We had to give way to a small flock of geese crossing a country lane today on our travels. They took their time over it, saw no need to rush at all!

It looks very relaxing Julia. We have a similar park here but don't visit it very often as no one seems to be following the distancing rules!
