Back from Thassos

Hi All….Just back from our Greek escape, and feel really rested now. We had the best accomodation ever, with stunning views from our balcony…We could watch the sun rise on the left and watch it set over the moutains on the left…..Brilliant.

Sorry….I dont have any sunset, as by then I had a couple of Ouzo apperitif’s…..as one does when on holiday……but look at this……
Yes…Your right….Its old S.P. With his eyes open and playing in the surf with all the other kids…….Anyway..were back home now in this glorious weather..(nearly as hot as Thassos) and will try to catch up on all the photos posted…Made a start…only got through 50 odd pages and back 5 days…..this may take me a while……

welcome back maureen, so glad you enjoyed greece, iv been once and really liked it, could you send me details of hotel and area please, would love to go again, maybe for baz`s 60th next year.

Wow, that really brought back some memories Milky. Went there in 1986. It was the first holiday me and OH took together. It was very hot and I suffered a little with the heat but it was very quiet then. It still looks lovely all these years later.
You took some gorgeous photos - especially the last one.

Hi Maureen, what a holiday feeling there is about your photos and OH's tan is really enviable. I would love to go out there but I don't like excessive heat. Glad you enjoyed it...
