RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2012

I’d prefer Hampton rather than Chelsea – it’s more relaxed and not as busy as Chelsea, and what’s more, you can buy plants there (I don’t know why but I couldn’t buy plants at Chelsea last year).
Here are some pictures I took at Hampton. I also posted a video at YouTube ( http://youtu.be/x1DzPq6WGiQ ) – please take a look if you have time!
Peace!

Ah….this is the only thing I purchased on the day there – a “Venetian Mask” wall plaque which is made of bonded marble and cement.
It’s not 100% mable (even if so, I couldn’t have afforded it anyway) and I know this kind of stuff is not everybody’s cup of tea, but it’s nice made and very detailed. Now he’s on the garden wall…..

I went to Chelsea this year and enjoyed it and your photos and video make me wish that I had gone to Hampton Court too. Looks really good. I also thought that the BBC programmes on Hampton Court were much better then their Chelsea coverage. Must put it in my diary for next year.

Thank you for your warmest comments! The weather wasn't nice (we were hit by some shower) but I'll definitely go back to Hampton again next year - not Chelsea! ;-)
We also did "BYO" thingy (which was allowed) so that we didn't have to buy expensive snacks and drinks in the venue.
@Inverglen
Mine is Olympus PEN E-PL1 but this camera has now become obsolete, so the latest model should be E-PL3.
