Thanks all.Arlene..some of our blackbirds are still nesting would you believe...3rd clutches !
TT..there were two babies and both adults around feeding them.

Thought the blackbirds was still nesting as they are still going mad for the apples, there eating them for fun.

Ours love the windfalls Clarice..keeps them going until about October !

Ahh you have it well trained already BB , another great addition to the garden , we have a Dove thats on it,s 3rd batch in the same nest ..:o) and a Blackbird that looks totally frazzled from looking after its mob , i,ve never seen such a scruffy one , it,s feathers are sticking out every which way they can . LOL...

Find empty snail shells all over the garden Paul. Its natures way of keeping the balance isnt it !

Our thrush seems to have gone for now - no new empty snail shells around. :-( Please could I borrow one of yours, as you now have four of them???

Well captured so little and fluffy cute, when I first moved here I could hear one singing it was so lovely to hear it. but after a few years I have heard it since.
