Jerry The The Yellow Necked Mouse is Busy Again [as Identified by Toto]

Jerry The The Yellow Necked Mouse is Busy Again [as Identified by Toto]

Jerry has been very active this week , wondering if there are new additions to his\her family, usually around in the mornings and late afternoon, but today he has never stopped in and out of the rockery collecting nuts to take back to his hideaway.

21 Aug, 2009

Only if you agree to share responsibility Toto ! You know how fast they breed !

21 Aug, 2009

You can leave me out of this one. No good you trying to duck your responsibilities.

21 Aug, 2009

Duck my responsibilities ! No chance...always being reminded of them by you know who !

21 Aug, 2009

Please..I ask again...what is the different between the door mouse and the wood mouse.

21 Aug, 2009

Typical arguments the opposite sex trying to shrink responsibilities! when all we want to establish is the difference between door and wood!

21 Aug, 2009

Perhaps its their way of getting out of answering the question they dont know, lol I know one has larger eyes.

Hi, Deida.
I actually believe that this is the Yellow Necked Mouse. It is a little larger than the Woodmouse. There is infact no one species named "Fieldmouse" it is a generic term for mice living in the open fields and other outside habitats. The Dormouse is a much furrier individual with a furry tail and ears and has a light brown underside, it is also mainly nocturnal and rarely seen.
Hope I'm not in trouble with Pansy now!

He he he I knew my remark would make one of them answer you , thats why I wrote what I did he he he,

22 Aug, 2009

Thanks Toto I think you are right, Ive been looking on the web sites and as you say definately not a Dormouse [Boo Hoo love the name it has such appeal] It does look like it is a Yellow necked mouse but next time he is around will try to get a view of his chest to confirm it. Will edit my headings now, at least I learned abit more about the different species of Mice now lol

Its not my fault if I know how to get a mans attention, I was trained by the Professional Bas....s I have worked and lived with, I was alway s taught if you cant beat them join them by my mother, so I do, by the way its the only kind of (I do ) I will ever be saying LMAO I wonder if you are born in the year of the rat he he heand does your name add to 2 he he he
