Sanbaz
It is hardy it went through last winter ,however it lost nearly all its leaves,I think that is probably normal for it to do so.
I split it in half early in the year the plant you see is in a container the other half is in the garden, that is not flowering it may be it is to shaded.
not sure.

Bornagain
It is happy in the pot however its large enough to exhaust the soil in a year( I repotted in the spring,) much about the same as any large perennial that has a restricted root run.It also produced loads of seed last year a few of which were sown in the spring ,i am a bit supprised none have germinated. Its possible it will take untill next spring.

How big a pot Bjs?

That was my thinking to, we will see next spring .Thats a big word MadP
i know what it means but would not have been able to spell it. lol

LOL! I sometimes manage to pick up big words, you know!
Send them to me if you like, I'd be MORE than happy!
As for getting a frost,I KNOW I will!
But you COULD try putting them in the fridge for a few weeks then sowing them!
