looks like it may be coming into flower. I grew these from seeds. They are 3 yrs old now.

i find it less 'acidic' looking than the more commonly grown H foetida of which this is a variant. you also get a little bit of red in the spring too.

both of mine are in tight bud at the moment. i too will do photos of the flowers as and when.

Like the leaves very much, quite delicate and are they really that slate bluey green in the flesh?

not far off for colour copy bamboo. It was the colouring that drew me to them. They also get reddy stems in the spring.
