Terrific looking coconut palms!

This is a long beach Andy and there's hundreds of these coconut palms ... whoever picks up all the coconuts does a fabulous job as it never looks messy!

I know in Honolulu, HI and many other high tourist areas in Hawaii the coconut palms are constantly trimmed to prevent the coconuts for developing. They're such a liability if they fall on someone or on a car.

Lol ... I expect they have probably had many fall on unsuspecting tourists' heads over the years! I've no doubt they probably trim these palms as well.

Besides coconuts, the fronds may fall on the tourists' heads...which can kill someone. Here in San Diego many palms of course are used in big tourist areas...those palms usually get pruned back at least twice a year.
