I think they are probably a pair of pied wagtails, perhaps the lighter one being the female or a juvenile?

Mine not been since monday, but BB told me mine was a girl Gee and she's light coloured like your's so bet its male & female.

A pair for you then Gee ! The lighter one with more grey is the female.We had two..but the male only stayed.He kept chasing the female until se gave up and flew away ! Lovely collage !

It wasn't meant to be a collage, just three photos put together for comparison but thank you all anyway! They are both still here today, BB, but the female does keep getting chased away although she was chasing the chaffinches away today too :)

Lol...Ours chases chaffinches...and dunnocks..and sparrows ! Strangely doesnt bother the robins...who all the other birds pick on ! Politics bird fashion ?
