Thank you for that Gee19, I did not know that the birds like them, I have a few boxes left too, shall give it to them. I too do not like mince pies, I bought them for the others.

What a bargain! Lucky birdies!

I was looking for swiss rolls, like those Clarice bought, but these were the only cakes going cheap! Lots of birds like pastry, Michaella, and dried fruit. I have been baking today and cooked all the pastry offcuts for the birds tomorrow.
