It's a shame that people aren't so loving and true.

Thats true Toto ... nice to see them back Carole , they will be busy looking for nesting sites soon , ours usually build in the wisteria under the front porch ....

As far as I know they have never nested in my garden but would love it if they did. Friends of mine had a pair nest in the arch in their garden so close to the ground that when I went to their garden and walked through the arch the nest was at my eye level. It was fantastic as I was so close but the sitting bird did not move but just looked at me, eye to eye.

So you had an eye ball then Toto , or was it a birds eye view

Mine are like that Toto I can look out of the window into the nest , they are so tame they don't mind me looking in , I talk to the little ones , last year they were on the verge of flying when I took a photo it flashed and made them jump out and fly , it was so funny , they came back that night to sleep ....

Dead right Sixpence. I wasn't that lucky Amy as they were in my friends garden and not mine.

Great to see them.Would you believe we have a pair nesting at the moment in our hawthorn ! All this cold weather too...apparently they nest all year round...thought they would have waited for better weather though !!
