This bush was in the garden when we moved in, although it has always been healthy it has only had two flower buds and last year noen! but very pleased to say it is full of buds this year so fingers crossed;0)

That looks a lovely dense bush, PP. Both my camellias are more open. Do you prune it at all?

It's looking good , mine have been prone to that sooty black stuff , I've tried washing them down but it keeps coming back !

Janey I remember rightly the flowers were a rosy Pink.
Gee I dont prune it , evven though it hasnt flowered very well, the leaves in themself have been glossy and healthy and very attractive.

I just wondered if pruning would thicken mine up! My white one, although it has lots of buds and has been flowering since before Christmas, is still quite spindley :)

They like irregatious soil not sure if I have spelt that correctly, they like acid soil.
