The local park in the recent snow

Yes, the local park where I walk my dog, Bailey, every day. It was the first day of the snow a few weeks ago. I have a new mobile phone and the camera on it is better than my proper camera, and as I have it with me all the time, I am constantly snapping away. Under the bridge was a solitary duck, who stayed there for over 2 weeks on his own. Poor thing, all his friends had flown into the next park where there is a bigger pond and left him behind. I found out he couldn't fly cos he was half Indian runner duck and they don't fly apparently. So I spent a lot of time visiting him.

I remeber going to the opening, sorry the reopening following the revamp.

In my youth I used to be taken to Western Park to feed the ducks. Its also where my local church (ST. Tims) used to go for the Whit Sing.
