They are special aren't they. Good camera shot. We get them around here usually gliding on the thermals.

Linda they are special.Never had buzzards in out area before.been watching this bird for a week could't make out what it was,thought at first it was a Sparrow Hawk...until I finally got a close shot of him...still on cloud nine , Lol

They seem to be spreading about now Deida, We had a pergegren falcon for a while here last year. They breed on the Cathedral in Derby and have done so for quite a few years now. I used to find the odd pigeon that had been part eaten and stripped of it's feathers in my large garden when I lived near the mill down the road.
