Thanks everyone ... I had a lovely break Dawn / BB .. we had some good walks in the hills , Torvil and Dean were great .. I couldn't believe how much things had grown in the garden when we arrived home yesterday ... I have to catch up on things now it takes time to get back into the swing of things ..:o))

Gosh Dawn I wish you could see it , it's enormous one part is like a field with fruit trees that's where Ian is making a pond and is going to sprinkle wild flowers seeds , you then cross a path to the other side which is equally as big with a good assortment of greenhouses and sheds, he has already put veg. in ... he has started an Asparagus bed and has laid black plastic on it to protect it from the bad weather they have had up there , I saw their little dog dashing under the plastic so went to have a look , he was pulling baby rats out of their nest one at a time and laying them on the path Yuk... ..
Ian loves working up there it's a good place to relax after work ......the boys love it as well ...... :o)

Thanks San .. it feels as though we have been away for weeks ..LOL,.. . seed trays in the greenhouse were overflowing and in need of repotting , it's catch-up time ... anyone fancy doing the washing and ironing so that I can get out in the garden .. :o))

trying to fit it all in is a nightmare at times isnt it and when you mention washing up everyone is sudenly so busy haha

Yes , don't we know it ... LOL.......

Ive been getting up at 5.30am each morning recently to get the domestic jobs done so I can get outside and still they're arent enough hours in the day.
So when Ian said you cant see the other end of the allotment he was right. It sounds great Amy and the fact that he's enjoying it, along with the boys, is just great too. Love the pond idea :-)
