Euphorbia characias "Black Pearl"

The finished planter. Really like the cauldron planter, as an allusion to Tinkerbell's task of repairing the pots and pans in Neverland. The Euphorbia "Black Pearl" is a reference to "Pirates of the Caribbean", of course. The black marbles look like black pearls, and, of course, Peter Pan has a case of "lost marbles". If you thought that I've lost mine - you might be correct! In the movie "The Goonies" (about pirate treasure), the village is saved from redevelopment by the jewels found in a marble bag!! Aharr!!!!

Thank You, Eileen. On a serious note, this plant has many buds, and looking forward to seeing those lovely black centres against the lime green. :-)
