Resceud this from my parents' former garden. I really like it as a foliage climber.

I had worried that this might not survive, as it is in a large glazed container against the fence. The last year my Dad had it, he got flowers. We had to smash up a concrete path and saw off several roots to get this out, so wonder if it will ever flower again.

lot of trouble to get it out , but well worth it

Does it fruit, David? I like it, especially as I have a granddaughter, Jenny :)

This is a self-fertile variety, Gee, so would produce fruit in the right conditions. My Dad got it to the flowering stage after several years, but I think moving it and sawing off several of its roots to get it out will have scuppered any hopes of seeing this again. Widely available now. :-)
