They certainly look contented Irish. I love their soft muzzels and the low whinny that greets you. I kept a horse for a while and the relationship that grows between you is lovely. They get their moods sometimes but you have to watch out for those moments and sometimes it's the rich grass in May that gets them hyped up, it's a balance of food and excercise. They are creatures of habit and seem to know when it's time for a ride, time for a feed and time for a brush.
