The whole shrub always looks wonderful in full bloom - I should look at the individual flowers sometimes. Looking at the adverts on the right - this looks like 'Belle Etoile'!!

It is Belle Etoile, used to grow it in the Midlands, too big for our garden, it was a favourite of mine delicious perfume......
