Some farmers have to pay to have these taken away San , so they would rather give them away .........

This gives me an idea for my other garden, which is on farmland. Will look out for this, now, as there is nothing in place to collect rainwater, no outside tap, and a lot of beds and containers to trek to with 2 watering cans in and out of the kitchen.

Glad it gave you an idea David , sounds perfect for your 'other' garden ...
If you manage to get one like this it's a good idea to put a plastic plant pot with chicken wire in the bottom of the pot in the hole where the rain pipe goes into the tank at the top to catch leaves if not they will get in the tank and you won't be able to get them out , if you see what I mean !
