You're not alone, Yorkshire, I can't bear frogs either ! Ever since one jumped out of the shrubs while I was weeding, on my knees at the time, so he landed way too close for my liking !

Oh Shirley, its o.k. my dear dad had the same fear as me and my son also,I remember when we had our dog and I walked from the lounge into the hall and there was a toad on the carpet, I went hysterical, low and behold there was also a frog in the utility room, the dog had brought them in somehow. can't help it, like you I don't like them
