The side garden

That looks so clean, neat and tidy.
Makes my still flowering, flouncy beds and borders seem really scruffy :-/

Absolutely beautiful...so neat, my lawn is already looking like autumn, with leaves going on everywhere, do you not get leaves falling Annella? I tried to keep the leaves away from the grass, but too much lawn I've given up :(((

The wind takes a lot of the leaves out into the field but the big Ash tree will start dropping soon and the lawn will be covered :-(( My flymo does a good job on hoovering the grass. Lol

What a lovely sight you must have from your windows? Perfection, it is
how a lawn should look, a bowling green!! i bet a lot of work goes into
this to get this wonderful effect, your Borders look great too!!

`Did you see `Gardener`s World` they were showing you how to maintain
your lawn, it is a laborious job, but, well worth it when you look at the end results in Spring!!!

Certainly put my grass to shame :(

Can I transplant your garden to our, Annella? lol It is a credit to you....I've got the flymo but pity, no grass. It's still up for debate here when we get the final plan of how to have our back garden....grass or no grass?? We're at an impass about it just now! Oh joy!

Your borders have very mature planting....have you been developing your garden for many years?

Thank you all so much for your comments! This pic was taken after cutting the grass so leaf free, like I said the Flymo is great at hoovering. Freesia I am getting back into Gardeners World and the lawn tips were good, the end of the lawn by the garage had died after the very dry spell and has just been re-seeded it has come back very well.
