I think it's a Shaggy Ink-Cap or Lawyer's Wig, I was looking at my book earlier to identify one I had taken , a good photo Anchorman !

They are edible according to what I've just been reading online...but there is a caution to note...they say if you're not familiar with them be sure there is the beginnings of a black ink stain on the underside. They suggest using them in omelets or frying them in butter with either garlic or nutmeg.
I'd still not be brave enough to sample it I'm afraid, GDad.
