Thanks everyone glad you like it:-) is a lovely one, there's a better picture of it on my pictures page 8 of perennials, bottom of the page.
Yes Gilli it is still flowering have a few of these dotted about they spread by runners so easy to break a bit off, but this is the only one still flowering, must like the spot its in :-)
Bought it from Gardeners World Live last year grows to around 2ft,also swapped a piece of another this year with a GOY member, the same as this but lower growing with pink flowers 'Pink Octopus', can't wait till next year when that flowers.

I'm going to have to look out for this one Simbad. The i'net says that it is just borderline hardy for my area of NA but it is sure worth a try.

Yes definitely worth a try Gilli, survived our freezing winter outside last year, multiplies quite quickly by runners, I have 5 good size plants from my 1 in just a year and a half, so you could pot a few up and overwinter :-)

Very unusual ! I haven't seen that one before .. :-)

LOL Sim....my overwintering area is a small space under the stairs inside the house. Right now it is full of bulbs and roots having a quiet rest but I could probably find room for a few more. OH keeps rumbling on about having to dig through them all to get to the other bits and pieces stored under there (LOL). Definitely worth a try though...I will have to try and find a source here. :o)

It looks a bit like "Pink Octopus".....I had it a few years ago....but it liked my garden too much and I got rid of it.......
