Oh meant to ask what the weather is like, very windy up here and bitterley cold, had showers on and off all day,

sunny/cloudy today but a bit warmer as the winds blowing from the sea instead of those awful north east winds weve had for ages.....no rain as of yet...

Love hyacinths....such a lovely smell they provide. I have some in a planter bowl in my kitchen (a gift from our daughter at Christmas) and they are just now starting to spur into growth :))

yes they look quite big flowers paul....
I dont have them indoors anymore as i have lung trouble i find there perfume very overpowerful.... whistonlass.. so when my daughter gave me some i put them in the garden and they have come back nicely this year.....

Mine are just starting to show.

I've noticed on the accompanying tag that came with the hyacinths (from M&S in a container) it says to throw the bulbs away after flowering. Surely they can be put into the garden for next year? Anyone know?
