Beautiful plant Spritz... Kew has a lot of Iris in bloom at the moment, I'll post some pictures soon.

She also has a large flower. :-) I think the 'posh' French ones all do, as far as I could see in the catalogue.

What fabulous, subtle colours . . . lovely to have a generous, gardener friend!

She is - when I was doing the makeover in the back garden, she dug me up a clump of dark maroon irises, and some Campanula. I give her pieces of plants when I can, too.

Lovely. It's so handy to have quite a few "spares" at this time of year: kind folk who cared for my plants while I lounged in Greece, were rewarded with Cleome and Mirabilis seedlings.
