looks lovely carole, what do you stand your plant baskets on in the pond? i didnt do a wide enough shelf and struggle to keep them level and the right depth.

Mine are on bricks Sandra quite solid, have you got your frogs back?

saw a couple of small frogs last week, my big ones froze over winter poor things :o(

Its a Shame Sandra must have been a lot of fatalities, do hope I get a couple of visitors as thats what a pond is all about!

I'm playing 'catch up' on pics, Carole and am so pleased to see this one. Your pond and plants are looking so good now. Interesting to read that Homebird has masses of Tadpoles. We were given about thirty of them and now there isn't one to be seen! One plant was found knocked into the pond in the morning, can't explain it at all. : o ((

Sorry to hear your Tadpoles disappeared Shirley, wonder if something ate them and knocked your plant into the water in the process , spooky!, just back from hols so Im on a big catchup too lol.

Ha ha, Pp, I really must do a blog about the pond one day! We DO have Tadpoles, well, more like tiny little frogs now. So pleased to find about seven of them swimming along the edges a couple of days ago, so we can only think they stayed at the bottom of the pond for some reason. Hope you enjoyed your holiday. : o ))

Pleased you have tadpoles, soon be little froggies! Had a good holiday but the weather was terrible torrential rain and gale force winds, but we eventually got out and enjoyed the stunnning scenery;0)

What a shame you didn't have glorious sunshine ... glad you got out eventually. : o ))
