Its lovely. My seeds failed for some reason, must have done something wrong, as your seed always does well.

Strange that Dawn they seed everywhere here, but then again tried loads of times to grow hellebores with no success but they self seed in the wood.
I'll try to remember to collect some more seed for you:-)

The darn slugs have taken a liking to the newly planted out Crambe cordifolia :( Not growing as fast as I expected, do you think they need a drop of miracle grow?

Know what you mean Dawn the flippin things have taken a fancy to my newly planted agastache 'Golden Jubilee' swapped a small amount of seed (probably just as well with me,lol, I'd just prick them all out) and they've stripped nearly everyone overnight, only got 5 plants too.
Strange the Crambe's not growing fast usually like a triffid, sure a spot of miracle grow won't do any harm.

What a pain Kathy, they always seem to go for our favourite plants. I dont like using slug pellets cos of the wildlife, plus our 2 cats are always picking things up.
Maybe the Crambe need to get a bit more established, I will give them some food, like you say, wont hurt.

Don't normally have too big a slug problem but they really seem to like my agastache thats if it is slugs looking at the damage I'm not so sure now, maybe should put a piccy on here, if there's anything left to take a picture of:-(
No I couldn't put pellets down either Dawn don't like using them, and also wouldn't trust Fudge,if it doesn't move eat it,lol, don't know if I told you but caught him eating seaweed fertiliser!!!!!(luckily no ill effects) he's mental.

Oh Kathy, Bonnie is the same, she is so terrible, such a scavenger. I was on the phone to the vets a few weeks ago .... she was on her bed and her mouth was dripping like a tap, there was a pool of water elsewhere and we thought she had wet or something, I was frantically thinking what she'd been doing during the day and the penny dropped. I set a tree and forgot to put mix bonemeal with the infill soil so sprinkled some on top, I noticed her interest but didnt think too much of it. A small amount isnt harmful apparently, I must be careful in future. Oh dear, these Labs.

You just don't think they'll eat fertiliser though do you Dawn, I didn't, walking dustbins springs to mind,lol.
Fudge started wandering off to one particular spot everytime I took him for a walk, wondered why until someone told me the people in the house behind throw all their rubbish after they've had a barbecue over the hedge!!!!! so their dogs don't get it, why don't they just but it in the bin, just can't believe some people, what about other peoples dogs choking on chicken bones!!!!, I have to put his lead on near that area now.

I know. Someone must have put their turkey carcass out for the fox one Christmas and guess where the remains ended up, yep in my woodland. Bonnie was only young and got the bones. She was ok but coud have been a poorly dog and vets bill.
