Marbled White

Wow this is fantastic.

What a gorgeous creature! looks like that lavender is very popular with the lepidopteris set!

yes we are beginning to reap the bnefits of all the lavenders now, we have so may beauties dancing around.
just dont know where to point the camera first!

It really is a strange effect...it is so perfectly gray and white that it looks like a black and white photographic image of a butterfly has been superimposed on a field of lavender! note the little fellow in the background too! great shot.

Oh, wonderful photo! We actually saw one of these on the croquet lawn a week or so ago - had never seen one before (or since). :)

i havent got the time to dive into photography as well just now but i could be persuaded some time in the future, i am beginning to really like taking pictures now i have my little dig.camera

Cameras are great fun, I don't know how to superimpose but I expect google or YouTube or bampy on GoY will know!
