Love this Clem, was a pressie years ago...has travelled with OH and I, and I've lost count how many times it's been moved... she's produced two pretty little blooms...
not as big as usual, and in reality they are darker edged than the camera shows...but i'm not complaining..after all it is October...

Thankyou everyone....I can recommend this pretty Clem to anyone, very reliable...and once it gets going, produces lots of blooms...never had late blooms like this before, but obviously likes the position...
You won't be disappointed Cinders...next year I bet she'll flower her socks off :))
This one was cut back to move it to it's new place Scottish...so to get two little flowers is a big bonus...:))

Thanks Moti and Lin...Considering it's October, a good show I think...:)))

I agree with that Crissue, some plants are continuing to flower later or having a second life. There's so much still flowering, its hard to believe its October.

Except here in the mornings now, there is quite a nip in the Air...Still nice when the Sun gets up and going...

I heard on the news that we're going to get a couple of warmer days over the weekend, the temperature is rising to 20, so that will be nice.......come back Indian Summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
9 Oct, 2011
Hi Lin...well where's it hiding then, we sure haven't got it, come out come out, wherever you are Sun...:)))

I must admit we did have a couple of quite good days, .....not hot, but decent to work out in the garden. Today has been piddling all day, typical ......I have got plants to get put in.
13 Oct, 2011
Me too...I've started to pot them on, and maybe hold them back till Spring, as I still don't know where their final planting is going to be...
Also have another flower opened on Ville de Lyon... :)))

Managed to get out this afternoon and got some of them planted in tubs, as like you, I'm not sure where to put them yet. I want to do some alterations next year, ....hopefully!!
14 Oct, 2011
Hi Lin...Hopefully I've done mine for the back garden, at least...there's a few changes I'd like to make at the front, but that will be done in time...lol....just when we think we have got it the way we think, along comes another idea....:)))

I agree there Crissue, theres always something to do in the garden!!
22 Oct, 2011
:))))) I was watching a Monty Don DVD, and he was asking diffferent gardeners if they were now happy with their garden, and answer was always 'for now' till I see something else that will look better...:o)
23 Oct, 2011
I agree with what they said Crissue, there's always something thats not quite how we want it.
