This is a very common tree here...it very widely planted as a street tree.

Palmate: they are a lovely bright yellow .Yellow just cheers everwhere up .We are now firmly in our grey season as i call it ...LOL

Thanks! Yes, this golden-yellow flowering tree is very cheery! Most of these trees have finished blooming, there's a very few trees around with just a couple flowers, now.

Grey-season, I don't like the way that sounds! lol! We've had two weekends in a row with big rain storm, we now have had double our normal rainfall (which is very unusual for San Diego, it's good, though). Typically, November is the sunniest month (statically speaking)...we rarely get much rain, if any. The last couple of days it's been around 74ºF/24ºC. and very clear and sunny.

What a beauty....

I think we managed over 74 degrees about 3 times this summer..LOL

Wow! We sometimes have morning lows (in summer) higher than 74ºF/24ºC. LOL! The last two summers we haven't had too many, though.
