Oh I love this one...it's a little Water Vole, even the the waves of the wake as he swims are depicted

They are super Gee but i particularly like this carving, it sounded like quite a walk! where in Canterbury are the picnic tables?

It's not in Canterbury itself, Neellan. The council has made brilliant walking/cycle paths outside of the city but which link up to the city. They cross over some reclaimed wetlands. Another brilliant idea was an adult playground! I must admit I tried everything and we fell about laughing - great fun :)

What a great idea. Some council employees are obviously well ahead when it comes to inviting the locals to take a look at their own back yard. He/she is lovely.

It was great, PP, rowing machine, ski walker, strider - we passed close by the playground on the way back but I didn't have enough energy to have a second go :)

That water vole carving is delight Gee. Reminds me of Mouseman's mice on chair legs and boxes. I think there's one of those adult 'playgrounds' for exercise in a park about 1/2 a mile away'......or they were talking about it. Must have a look.

I thought that too, Dorjac. I remember visiting the Mouseman workshop many years ago when we were on holiday. My daughter still has the little serviette holder we bought (the only thing we could afford!). I enjoyed the adult playground but there was no one about to see me making a fool of myself :)
