Pond is ready for new plants - any ideas please?

Sadly I don't have a pond in my garden, but your pond looks like a good size. Water-lilies always look so pretty in ponds ... otherwise, I really don't know.

Thank you Dwyllis, I like the idea of water lilies too. We have had them in the past but they have been 'swamped' by other plants that were too invasive! Not this time though - they are too expensive to lose! I like pale pink or lemon ones I think.

Lovely pond and you have room for waterlilies, they do need sunlight to get them going though.
You also have room for movement that a fountain would give.

We do have a little fountain which is lovely to see and hear on a summer's day. Maybe our pond is a little too much in the shade for water lilies - I hope not. Thank you.
