So colourful - particularly like those 'black' tulips

So do I Sheilar they Are Tulipa 'Queen of the night'

what a lovely garden drc - like how the pond is the centre , love the border with the contrasting colours and the low growing ground cover things at the back behind the pond - superb!

Hi PP it takes trial and error I find, the back of the pond (on the right of this picture) is raised to give the illusion of a scree mountain with the plants dipping down to the water

The back of my pond is raised too, gives a nice effect, just need to put some grit down and buy a few pond plants ;0)
