I wouldn't plant these colours in my garden. I do like the effect, but it wouldn't 'go'.

Sensible choices for planting where you can't keep an immediate eye on it.

I should walk round there every few days to see if it need any attention. I shall go this morning to see if it's OK after all that 'weather' that hit us so badly.

I have found that geraniums battered by the rain recover and sprout growth quickly. Natures way of deadheading and making the plants bush out. I hope there is no great damage.

Everything was fine, thank goodness. I can't say the same for the containers at home - the Osteo buds are rotting before they open! :-O

Oh thats a shame. I thought I had lost my perennial gerberas but the rain seems to have stimulated them in to growth. You win some lose some. At least the osteos will flower till the frosts again so there is time for them to recover. I hope this awful weather lets up soon.

We had a dry day today, but the rain's on its way back, so I gather. :-(((
