and lots of lovely new leaves

I do love the colour and texture of these leaves; there's a difference, so I'm presuming the brighter and bumpier are the new ones. Only noticed a few days ago that it had put out flower spikes, hope there are enough insects round here to make it worthwhile!

yes i think they are brighter, they just look fresher somehow

and they're a bit more textured, the bigger leaves are smoother; maybe got the wrinkles ironed out

I'm really chuffed with these; hope they keep going, or rather, that I don't do anything to stop them!

I've taken a real liking for these. I hope yours do well. They certainly look healthy!

thanks, Ojib. I'm guessing at the exact species, the label just said "heuchera" but the BBC plant finder only had one that looked like it, so I'm assuming this is a "Plum Pudding".

I'm trying a policy of "benign neglect" - I killmore plants iwth kindness than with neglect, so I'm trying to back off and leave them space to do their own thing, other than watering [not had to for months cos of the rain] and feeding and such.
