Picture Perfect...You have now left the realms of pastime, occasional, somewhat involved gardener. I promote you to Professional. Are you a professional????

Wells - Thanks for the accolade but no I am not a professional, just a mum with a love of flowers and my garden, had to have something to do when the children flew the nest. lol :o)

good shot B...and what a difference a few months have made...

Certainly has come on, doesn't seem like five minutes since I put that arbour seat in place and it is quite grown up now, the roses are starting to climb up it and I am looking forward to seeing them in flower on it next summer.

Nice, DA Roses sure won't let you down...

Expensive though Crissue very expensive even more so when the rabbits ate off all the shoots in the spring, but they have survived and are getting better and look like they have all recovered.
27 Jul, 2012
Little devils, spray them with home made garlic spray, they probably won't like the smell let alone the taste...lol...(the roses I mean)
27 Jul, 2012
lol I can just see me running around trying to spray the bunnies as they hop skip and jump their way around the garden. lol. do they not like garlic then Crissue. might give that a try.
27 Jul, 2012
Hi B, I use the garlic spray to ward off the nasties etc, and it does the trick there, and rabbits like all animals lead with their nose, so it's worth a try....I think...
29 Jul, 2012
thanks for that crissue I will have to give it a try, although after saying that we have managed to refence and keep them out since their last escapade.

So beautiful! I love the path!

thank you Cosmosjane, it is pretty, yes it does appear to be very cosy, it is more open to the left of the picture as this is where the raised border is, but that is filling in nicely now so fingers crossed, next year, it should be much better.
ps Welcome to GoY hope you have as much fun as I have had on here Cosmosjane. Enjoy your gardening.
So pleased you like it Migra, it is doing really well now the arbour seat was new at the beginning of the year and it closed the pathway down and made it much more private in that part of the garden, it used to go all the way to the driveway/lane around the garden. Much better like this, I can sit up there and see the whole of the garden (that is when the weather permits). Hope you are getting some better weather than we are here it is damp and dismal yet again today. Welcome to this website too from me - hope you have fun with us all.
