Ruby & Pearl, who is still a bit sooty after her chimney ordeal....Why do they want to sleep in a cardboard shoe box when they have a lovely roomy cushioned bed?

Gorgeous - if they are anything like mine - they will never sleep in the beds. I have 5 beds scattered around the house - all empty!!

Thanks Scottish & Hywel...Its amazing how every day they become a little less wild...The little one, Ruby, spent most of the evening curled up on my lap and the bigger one, Pearl watched closely and eventually jumped on the settee and sat a little way down from me...I would love to stroke her, but she wont let me...yet...:>)

Our Elkie loves a box Moti, or a dark cupboard...

that is a conundrum.. why, when cats are such connaiseurs of comfort, do they prefer a box to padded luxury? It's only a guess, but I think it's the company! Hope you soon have two lap cats!
